This first floor unit is located in The Moorings, an upscale condo complex located on Terry Cove in Orange Beach, just 1 mile by boat from the Gulf of Mexico through Perdido Pass.
With one king bedroom, Boater’s Paradise is perfect for an intimate getaway. But if you want company, there’s a full Murphy bed in the living room. The living room also features a comfy leather sectional perfectly situated to enjoy a movie on the flat screen cable TV or a warm fire on those occasional chilling evenings. Step outside onto the spacious balcony with gas grill and take in the view of the marina and cove beyond.
The kitchen comes fully equipped and has granite countertops and stainless appliances. There is seating for 4 at the wrap around breakfast bar. At the end of the day, a whirlpool tub awaits in the bathroom - just what the doctor ordered for relaxing those shoulders after reeling in ‘the big one’. You will also enjoy tile floors and tray ceilings throughout this wonderful condo as well as wireless internet.
The Moorings has a fabulous zero entry pool with Jacuzzi and plenty of lounge chairs for taking in the sun. There is also a fitness room available for your use.
But we haven’t forgotten your boat! The Moorings has three, first come first served boat slips available, or you can choose to rent a slip on the property.

ORANGE BEACH Orange Beach is a place where you can kick back and relax, take a different perspective, and reconnect with your family. It is clean, fun, and filled with things to do with the family or that special someone. Get lost on one of the many walking trails in the state park next door, shop til you drop at places like SanRoc Cay, or just play on the miles of white sandy beaches. Enjoy!
RELAX ON THE BEACH: Our goal is to give you the absolute best value in beach accommodations today. We want you to feel that the value you are getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! We pride ourselves on our repeat customers. Rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), and a small house cleaning fee of $125. We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.
There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.
For your convenience, we can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)
