(shared), four guest allowed at a time in pool area per condo. Covered Parking. No Smoking, No Pets. Please note, there is no Phone inside condo. Behind complex is a nice park with trails. There is one covered carport in front of the condo. Condo is located on the south side of Colorado Springs off I-25. Near the World Arena, 15 minutes from Airport, and 25 minutes from United States Air Force Academy.

Mountains do often inspire greatness, but how many mountains do you know that have inspired one of our nation's greatest patriotic anthems, Pikes Peak prompted the lyrics of 'America the Beautiful.' Take the hour-long drive up to the summit to behold the fruited plain of America's heartland. Or Garden of the Gods Park which is near by. Other near by attractions are the U.S. Air Force Academy, Cog Railway, Cave of the Winds, Historical Indian Ruins, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and many more. Hiking, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Gym, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, Sledding. While using the common areas of the complex, all guests must have pool pass with them & a limit of 4 guests at one time.
