We do not use this web sites calendar. Summers get booked by February! Book 2010 Now! Dates still available for winter 2009 are- Nov. 20th - Dec. 15th. That's it. This is a Beautiful gated, non-smoking condominium. You can walk out onto the balcony from the master room or from the living room which over looks a nice park with walking trails, great mountain views. This condo is an upstairs unit, with vaulted ceilings. Swimming Pool with Spa, Tennis, Workout exercise room . Guest must have pool pass at all times, a max of 4 guest at a time in all common areas. Condo is five miles from the famous Broadmoor Resort, a world class resort and hotel with 11 restaurants. Mountains inspire greatness, but how many mountains do you know that have inspired one of our nation's greatest patriotic anthems, Pikes Peak prompted the lyrics of 'America the Beautiful.' Take the hour-long drive up to the summit to behold the fruited plain of America's heartland.

There is one covered carport in front of the condo. Condo is located on the south side of Colorado Springs off I-25. Near the World Arena, 15 minutes from Airport, and 25 minutes from United States Air Force Academy. No smoking at any time. No pets allowed.

Hiking, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Gym, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, Sledding. Great Place for Vacation Getaway

This condo was the perfect place to stay for our Colorado Springs vacation. We felt right at home and everything was as good or better than advertised. This unit has all the comforts and conveniences of home.
We liked the fact the unit was centrally located to everyrhing we wanted to do during our stay. We visited Pike's Peak, Woodland Park and several other points of interest during our stay. I even managed to squeeze in some fishing time at Eleven Mile Canyon. We also took advantage of several area restaurants including, The Macaroni Grill, Panera Bread and Starbucks.
Julie did an excellent job of providing information to us about our rental. All communications were very timely and accurate. This was our first experience in booking a rental in this manner. Julie made the entire process worry free and pleasurable. We look forward to our next visit!

Comfy and Convenient

This condo is in an excellent location that is convenient to everything we wanted to see in and around Colorado Springs. Everything was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. We would definitely recommend it!

My family found this condo to be very comfortable and clean. The rooms looked just like the pictures everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was very quiet. It was centrally located for the attractions and activities we came to do. From the Royal Gorge, rafting, Pikes Peak to the Air Force Academy and more, all were less than an hour drive, most were around 30 minutes or less. Shopping and restaurants were just minutes away. It was nice to come back from a day out and be able to relax like I would at home. This is a great place for a family to stay. For older guests there are stairs you must climb to the entrance. This was the only drawback. Overall a very nice place and we had a wonderful stay. We would certainly recommend it to friends and family.

This is a very well supplied and maintained condo in a great location. It was a real home from home - very important for us as we were there over Christmas! Lovely and cosy - but spacious too. We would definitely recommend this property. Thanks Julie!

This property was an excellent choice for us. It met all our needs, it was clean, well maintained with a flavor of home. Julie was an excellent host providing instructions, answering questions, responding to inquiries. Location provided easy access to main roads and interstate. I will recommend to my friends who will need an extended stay in Colorado Springs. Thanks for making a pleasant visit even better.
