Needs a better cleaning

Rating Details:
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
Had to clean tile floors first day there after buying mop. Carpets are very dirty and need cleaned. Called Waterfront about it and was told tile is dirty due to black top. It cleaned up fine for us. Also scheduled with Waterfront for carpets to be cleaned, cleaners didn't show up and do it after they made and appointment with me. Blankets had muddy dog paw prints on them, washed blankets first day also along with stained towels.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The apartment was in good, but not great condition. It was very clean and served it's purposse, but it is not an apartment I would rent again. The golf course crews start very early in the morning, making sleeping late impossible. I would also suggest that instructions on where to put out the garabage and the location of the pool be included in the apartment materials.

Bery satisfied with the property, the only thing that bothered us was we should have been called when the exterminator came in, my pocketbook was on the table and other personal objects in view, a good policy would be to call the rentals when they are coming.

The property is generally good , however the beds have a foam overpad on them which makes them very soft not suitable for anyone with any sort of back problems

Manager responded on 3/20/2013:
Please feel free to remove the foam overpad during your stay next year; just put it back on when you leave. If it is a pillow-top mattress you won't be able to remove it.
