Enjoyed staying at this property for the past four winters. However, we are now looking forward to becoming FL homeowners and full-time FL residents in the fall. Defintely would recommend this rental property. Great location!!!

This was the third year we stayed in this rental property. Very pleased with the property and the location is GREAT!!! Had another wonderful winter in St Petersburg and looking forward to next year. The only improvement we would recommend is that the cleaning folks change out the beds linens. They are very worn!

This was our second winter retreat here, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although we had some minor cleaning & maintenance issues upon arrival; the property management folks responded quickly. The property is in an ideal location very easy to get to Ft Desoto and St Pete Beach.

The place overall was clean but the carpet was stained in alot of places. I really liked the bedrms they were very spacious. The funiture was in excellent condition and comfortable. The pool area I dearly loved, the pool was large and heated. Dealing with Waterfront Vactions always makes our holiday more enjoyable. They give prompt service. I certainly consider staying there again.
