I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

I have stayed at the San Remo for years in different rooms and on multiple dates and the room I normally rent for the week of the 4th had a long term renter so I had to find another unit to rent this year.
I have friends that rent 2 other units at the same time and for the money I paid for this particular unit I am very disappointed! First off, the price was significantly higher than I normally pay for the same exact location on a different floor. My friends who were staying also paid significantly less. (I paid around $1300 for Sat-Sat. One friend paid $1300 for 10 nights, the other paid $1300 for 2 weeks!!!)
When we arrived to our unit, the fully tiled floors were so filthy that my 4 year old looked like he had run down Gulf Blvd with no shoes on. This was after only about 20 minutes of being inside.
Not only were the tile floors filthy, but the tile job was obviously a DIY project gone horribly wrong. It was terribly uneven, causing multiple trips.
In addition, the obsolete television in the living room is going out and has distorted coloring to the picture.
The furniture was decent in the living room and the beds were reasonably comfortable. They did offer plenty of sleeping space, which is definitely a nice option for those with large families. There was a King bed, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, a fold out couch and a roll away twin bed in the closet. I didn't see any extra sheets, but there were extra blankets in the closets.
The kitchen was fairly well stocked and there wasn't anything additional that I needed that they didn't have.
The San Remo is a great location and we enjoy the property, however, after viewing multiple other rooms and staying in others, I don't feel as though this room is a good deal. I will not rent this unit again, but will certainly stay at the San Remo in the future. I find that dealing directly with the owners is better as they have more pride in ownership.
