I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
We enjoyed the property location with its convenience to beaches, restaurants, stores and downtown St Petersburg. The pool,hot tub and landscaping were well maintained. We found the master bedroom bed very uncomfortable. We would have enjoyed the lanai more if there was a table for eating; only one comfortable chair on the lanai. Had to wash dishes and cooking pans before use because they were not clean. A large portion of the plates and glasses were plastic. Had to wash lanai floor with a brush because a large dirt stain had not been cleaned. Knob on clothes washer was broken.

Thank you for your comments. This unit has a new owner and has started renovations. The additional plastic wear is for use if you want to take a drink to the pool. The lanai cushions are brand new. There was not enough room to put a large dinner table. The pots and pans are supposed to be washed prior to each guest departure. The deep cleaning of checking all of the pots and pans gets done at least once a year. We recommend letting us know of any cleaning issues that you may have when you check in. The bed has been checked. It is a matter of opinion when it comes to mattresses. Some like it firmer. Some like it softer.

Unit was very clean and in good condition, with nice furnishings and decor. Beautiful pool area. Quickly felt at home. Not a full view of Bay from unit, but this is offset by very close and convenient access of pool and parking directly from screened patio. Needs were few - kitchen utensils inadequate, had to add throw rugs in bathrooms, light beige carpet required a little extra care to keep clean; but we're advised the new owner has updates planned as soon as unit is vacant this summer.

we were very happy to have a unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Great having a king bed and 2 twins. Loved the screened porch and that we were on the first level and could walk right out to the pool. Parking very convenient. Pool was fantastic. Great being on the water. (Tampa Bay) Grounds were lovely. Property well maintained. Security extremely visible and attentive. Unit is outdated. Overall the unit appeared clean however on closer inspection there could be improvement. Kitchen items were not clean and inside cabinets and drawers were dirty. (sticky and greasy) Kitchen was not well stocked with cooking utensils. The ones there were out-dated and old. Only 1 set of sheets and these were old, dingy and threadbare. Towels need updating as well. Hooks are needed for towels in both bathrooms. Washing machine knob was broken. Guest bathroom toilet kept "running". Would recommend this PROPERTY however not this particular unit unless it was updated and redone. Isla Del Sol is lovely however we found it too isolated for our taste. Not a lot to do within walking distance. Necessary to drive everywhere. We prefer a town and location that is more upscale.

Enjoyed staying at your rental , very quiet area, pool was absolutely beautiful . It was a little inconvenient because everytime we moved there were toll gates to pay , otherwise enjoyed staying there. I would recommend it to be an excellent rental .

Minor problem with the condo cleanliness upon arrival but problem was resolved the next day. No WIFI but was able to hook up with cable. No Golf Channel/DVR but TV's were great. DVD player. Great bed. Condo is in a great location, (away from the hustle of Gulf Blvd.),easy pool access and bay view, close parking and good walking locations. Short drive to St. Pete, beaches & restaurants but get the $5 Sun Pass if you're going to be there for 30 days. Toll every time you leave the island. Saves time/money. Already looking forward to coming back to the area next year.

Our condo was very clean and comfortable. There were linens and towels provided. The beds were comfy. The decor was a little dated but other than that it was all we needed and more. The location was perfect; only a few minutes away from Fort DeSoto Park, St. Pete Beach and the greater Tampa area. The grounds were kept up nicely, with plenty of benches to sit and watch the dolphin in Boca Ciega Bay. There was a beautiful pool area and the condo itself was right on a golf course. It was a great place to stay.
