I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The property is well maintained and located and the pool is very nice. I would recommend that Tropic Breezes 7 purchase a new sofa. The current one is a futon and very uncomfortable. With this small space, comfort is important. Also needs new wash clothes. These looked like someone washed their car with them. We went to the store and bought new ones for ourselves. The dishwasher did not work and the TV went out the first week but we were given a loaner.

It was great choice to stay here for a week vacation. Madeira beach was beautiful and calmer than around other beaches. It was very easy to go around, and the swimming poor was clean.

Property was very clean, the heated pool was beautiful. Our neighbors were all very friendly and helpful. Weather was excellent and we were able to walk to John's Pass either on the beach or the street.
