Property good but Unit the pits!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
Upon arrival very upset to find unit filthy. The sofa was disgusting and had to cover with a sheet to sit on for a whole month. Oven so dirty it could not be used for the whole stay. Outside property was clean and location was great. Would never rent this unit again. THE PITS!!

The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was very helpful.

The condo would be perfect for a couple, but was a little too small for a family of 4. The bathroom is WAY too small. Great location, right across the street from beach public access. The pool was nice and clean and warm. We noticed a lot of older people stayed in this building, and they weren't too appreciative of our wild children!

Tropic Breezes met and exceeded my expectations. Starting with a very friendly reception at the rental office and accomodations that were clean, well appointed and proximate to the beach. My wife joined me towards the end of the stay and was also impressed. Very comfortable and conveniently located. I would stay there again.

not too sure the sheets were cleaned, but we washed them and all of the dishes before use. Over all good value for the price and GREAT location.
