family beach vacation cut short

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very unhappy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

we rented 2 condos for our family vacation. Both were located on the intercoastal waterway and across from several bars, the noise at night was unbearable, it woke my 1 year old several times a night and myself also. I thought it would go away on monday since it was a week day but it didnt. for the amount of money i spent on these rentals i was dissappointed. Also the pool staff and entry staff were very rude and overbearing, from the start the entry guard yelled at me about my paper work that i had called the rental agency about and told me it wasnt his job to help me fill it out?? I had the one I thought was necessary filled out?? I had my children in the pool with no one else in sight early morning and was yelled at for playing with small handsize rubber fish with them what the heck is that, there was on one else in sight and we were bothering no one and destroying nothing. They acted like they were armed uniform police, policing a violent area with real criminals geez some vacation. We actually left early on friday because we were not having any fun. I wont return at all, one of the units had a closet door that fell off everytime you opened it, my husband would put it back up and i would open it for a towel and get hit in the head as it slid off the track again. it goes on and on, deff not worth the money, the only good thing i can say about this rental was the rental agency was very helpful and answered all my questions and the beach itself was beautiful.

Lands End has been notified of this, this property hired a guard for the 4th of July week due to all the partying that usually happens, the guard may have been a bit over zealous. The closet door has been fixed, all it took was a phone call to this office from the next people who stayed.
