I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Upon arrival the property was not clean. Upon contacting the management company, they acted immediately and cleaners were brought in. I feel the properties should have a top to bottom cleaning, in corners, under beds, in closets, etc at least at beginning of season.
I feel the linens are a disgrace, I wouldn't use most of them for cleaning my floors and we are expected to wash our faces with them. Exterior well maintained, staff around often, maintaining..painting,etc.

This guest stayed with us for several weeks this winter moving from one Waves condo to this one on March 30th. When we phoned to make sure the changeover went well she mentioned that the oven and dryer vent area could have been cleaned better. Housekeeping was called to go back to do a touchup. All of our managed properties receive an annual deep cleaning, usually toward the end of the year in the slower months. Linens are changed with every departure cleaning and those found to be beyond their useful life removed.
