I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Our stay at Vista Bonita was a mixed bag: The location, of course is fabulous and the townhouse was tastefully furnished with very comfortable beds. We were pleasantly surprised by the large number of spices and condiments in the kitchen but disappointed by the lack of bottled drinking water and toilet paper on our arrival.
We solved the water problem with a trip to Mega-- 20 km round trip-- luckily we had the rental car. TP arrived the next day. Having dealt with the water, we next dealt with the lack of web access by finding and resetting the modem and wireless router. While trying to air our the smell of fungus after arriving, we found a number of window cranks in need of adjustment. One second story window dropped out of the frame and threatened to break lose from its one remaining hinge. The showers while not obviously dirty, felt grimy. However, after our bath we were rewarded with a large number of luxurious towels.
Between missing, broken and sometimes on, sometimes off bulbs, the lighting was a constant puzzle, which was not helped by the many, unlabeled switches. For a family of 5, the kitchen could benefit from a larger set of dishes and glasses and a set of mixing bowls. Clearly, the damage waiver fee has not been used to replace breakage.
As for entertainment, there was lots of equipment, but the satellite TV bill appears not to have been paid-- so no TV reception, the VCR was inoperative as was the upstairs boombox.
Like the townhouse, the property too could use some TLC. There were missing tiles around the pool, garbage cans notable for their absence and new paint would greatly improve the appearance of some of the buildings and garage area.
So, the overall impression is one of owners once wealthy and with good taste having fallen on lean times. We would recommend that management take a more hands on approach as indicated by the lack of check in and check out.
