Amazing house and location

We had an amazing time in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. We stayed at this amazing house for 2 weeks a loved every minute of it. Miguel, property manager, was our go to guy. Excellent communication. He gave us local recommendations, set up cleaning service for the house and even did some shopping for us before we arrived. Easy to communicate with, easy to access. House is in a gated community, which was nice. It's a newer development which is 3-4 minute drive to downtown. Quite a few multimillion dollar houses were under construction in the neighborhood while we were there. There was ongoing construction, but the houses aren't that close together and wasn't all that inconvenient for us. We'd definitely go back and stay at this same house. A++!
