COOL DEAL! September through May, excluding holiday periods, EVERY 3rd NIGHT FREE! June through August, non-holidays, EVERY 5th NIGHT FREE! Location! Location! Location! Overlooking the 5 mile sandy beach.

This house is the perfect example of "location, location, location". The proximity to the beach makes this 2 bedroom, 2 bath house awesome. One of the older homes, it has been a labor of love as periodic remodeling takes place. The entry and kitchen are new as is the master bath. A brand new deck provides for comfortable seating to watch the sunset. The hot tub is uniquely perfect. A few yards from the master bedroom, across new landscaping, the hot tub is implanted directly over the ocean in its own little wind-protected perfectly landscaped nook. This is where the magic is.

Being an Irish Beach regular, we have been house hoping for almost 8 years. We have never had a bad experience. One year we marked our personal calender for the rental incorrectly. We showed up one week early. They put us into an equivalent rental immediately. Talk about service, we are lifetime users!!

A broken stove for $260 a night!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The vegetable crisper falls out of the frig. Some things were nice, but lower the rate and tell me the kitchen has problems. Burner out light bulbs should be replaced.
