We would love to invite you to be Our Guests' in this beautiful, lakefront, 2500 sq ft. vacation home. It has a glowing, cozy wood burning fireplace for the winter. This is the perfect family getaway. FISHERMAN WELCOME. Known as 'The Bass Capital of the World'. It is about 25 minutes from Lakepoint Resort. Let me invite you to fish from the Covered Boat Dock. This is the perfect family vacation spot. All rooms on the back of the house have FULL glass sliding doors to welcome you to the wrap deck which is 58 x 8.5 and spectacular lake view. Sit out on the deck and have morning coffee, watch the squirrels at play. Enjoy tanning just seconds away from the kitchen where you can sip on the favorite drink of your choice. The deck also has wooden benches and wrought iron patio table with chairs. It features a Private Covered, well lighted boat dock, with a public ramp less than .2 mi. away at Thomas Mill Landing.

Located just minutes away from Eufaula, AL. where fishing is plentiful. We have a station to clean your catch of the day just under the back stairs.There are also historic sites to see, as well as golf. Sandy beach to swim from just minutes away. DRIVING DIRECTIONS: Coming from Eufaula follow Route 431 North, turn left onto 95 South and drive about 3.9 miles, then turn left on 97 (Old River Road), travel 2.9 miles. Look for Clenny's Small Engine & Boat Repair on the left, here you will turn right onto Kasey. You will see a pond on both sides of Kasey, continue and watch for the sign that says #411 where you will bear left. Continue until you see a sign that says #411 where you will bear left. Continue until you see a sign that says #412, and at sign #413 turn right. Drive until you see the first grey garage you will see a sign #185 where you turn left into the steep drive down to our brick house #185. Welcome!

SPECIAL ON ANY JUNE DATES NOT BOOKED. Lake Eufaula, Thomas Mill area, located in a quiet, secluded area on a private road. Children welcome. The lot is .89 acre. It has 2 TVs with Master bedroom is king, 2 queens 2 doubles and 2 twins. A large capacity washer/dryer is added for your convenience. The kitchen has a dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. A glass top kitchen table and chairs, dining room has a beautiful Broyhill table with hutch. Sleeps a maximum of 16 You may take sleeping bags for more. Sorry no pets. It is located just off highway 431 north, county road 97 at 185 County road 413. E-mail or Call for prices not listed. Don't have a boat or jet ski?. Not a problem, we now have a 2006 suntracker pontoon boat our guests may use, be sure to let me know if you wish to use it when you email me. GAS now available .2mi on the water from the house. NOW added GAME TABLE for kids with Foosball, ping pong, and pool table.

ACTIVITIES:: Boating, Skiing, Fishing, skiing, Shop in nostalgic shops or go antiquing, Eufaula is famous for old southern homes, tour the Shorter Mansion. For things to see and activities type in eufaula pilgrimage, See the Azalea Trail in the spring. There are many antique shops to browse .

AREA:: Trent Jones Golf in Dothan (42 Mi.) Country Club in Eufaula (10mi) and you do not have to be a member, grocery stores nearby, restaurants, Eufaula & Dothan, hospitals. Restaurants on the water, gas pump on the water just .2 mile from the house at Thomas Mill.

Terrific family get away!!

This is a beautiful and spacious home that feels so welcoming. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. 3 siblings with spouses and others spent a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the boating and fishing. Our elderly mother was with us and the house is perfect for someone who has trouble walking as there are no stairs at the entrance. The dock is safe and well-lit, ramp is within site. Kitchen is well stocked or you can do dinner in Abbeville or Eufala. We liked eating at the old drugstore in Abbeville now called Huggin Molly's. The Cajun Corner in Eufala was also good and in a very old and interesting building. This is a very well maintained home, the owner was extremely accomodating even with short notice. I highly recommend this to anyone who is really needing some down time!!!
Owner's Response: We wanted to be able to share our home with others. Its not on the main lake, but 5 minutes from the main lake. The advantage is it is easier to fish from the dock because there is not so many boats off the main lake that stir up the water, nights are quieter too. Its perfect for the little ones that want to fish from the dock.We created a place for family and for those who love fishing.My Mom is 82 and still rides the boat. We love to watch her enjoy it.COME BE OUR GUESTS!

My brothers (6)and I have stayed here 2 years ago and spent a glorious week fishing and relaxing. The accomodations are excellent, it is in a nice quiet area and is VERY clean inside and out. And the pontoon boat was such an added bonus for us. If you stay here you will definetely enjoy yourself. We are staying there again this year and look forward to another great stay.
