Infinity Pool - In addition to the luxurious guest rooms, you may find yourself lounging and sunbathing on a chaise by the beautiful freshwater infinity swimming pool. You can also swim or snorkel, or walk for miles on the excellent white sandy beach. Divers can be picked up by dive boat and in a couple of minutes be at one of Cozumel's magnificent reefs.
Main Floor / Main Living Room - As you enter the foyer of this beautifully furnished 7 BR/7BA home with its own private pool you will find this is one place you'll never want to leave. The main level has its own private entrance and hosts the great room, main dining area, main kitchen and two of the villas seven bedrooms. All areas of the villa are air conditioned.

Main Floor / Main Kitchen - One side of the great room centers around the large open area kitchen where at three chefs would not be too many! This kitchen is equipped with a six burner gourmet gas stove/oven as well as most other kitchen conveniences a gourmet chef might expect. There is a double door refrigerator with purified water icemaker and a dishwasher. Enjoy spectacular ocean views while you cook.
Dining Area / Breakfast Bar - The oceanfront dining area consists of this round table which seats 6. There is another round table which seats 6 more. There are also 4 stools around the breakfast bar. Banquet table available for larger groups.

2nd Bedroom- 2 Queen Beds - The second bedroom is on the main floor and has an ocean view. This bedroom comes equipped with 2 Queen Size Beds (sleeps 4). This bedroom has its own private bathroom which has an oversized shower.
2nd Bedroom Ocean View - This is the view from the two-queen bedroom on the main floor.
Bathroom - The bathrooms are tiled. Some bathrooms have tubs, and some have showers. They are all very large and luxurious. Shown is the shower in the second bedroom.
3rd Bedroom- King Bed - The third bedroom (also called Master Bedroom) is on the main floor and has a jungle view. This bedroom comes equipped with a King Size bed, and has a high speed internet connection. This bedroom has its own private bathroom with huge walk in shower built for two.
5th Bedroom Dining/Kitchenette - The 3 bedroom suite on the ground floor is composed of bedrooms number 5, 6 and 7; it has its own private entrance. There is a small refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, satellite television, VCR.
5th Bedroom -Day Bed (shown) can be made up as twins or king - The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor and has a garden view. This bedroom is part of a 3 bedroom suite which has its own entrance separate from the main floor. It has a full kitchenette and comes equipped with satellite TV, VCR and telephone. It has a day bed/sofa which converts to 2 single beds or can be put together like another King Size. This bedroom serves as the living area to the lower suite and is not a closed door bedroom. It has the use of a full bathroom with shower on the main floor. This bedroom is not private because you must pass through it to reach bedroom 6 and bedroom 7. because it is convertable form daybed to sleeping bed, we call it a 6.5 bedroom,
6th Bedroom- King Bed - The sixth bedroom is on the ground floor and has a garden view. This bedroom is part of a 3 bedroom suite which has an entrance separated from the main floor. This bedroom has a King Size. This bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower.
7th Bedroom - Queen Size - The seventh bedroom is on the ground floor and has a garden view. This bedroom is part of a 3 bedroom suite which has its entrance separate from the main floor. This bedroom has 1 Queen Size bed. This bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower.
