2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4, but can close off one bedroom to save you $

The apartment is very bright and cheerful with two comfortably sized bedrooms, a lovely living room/dining room combination, gas kitchen with granite counter tops and a new tiled bathroom off the kitchen. There are windows in all rooms for views and air, and it is the top apartment so you have the most ambient light. Also equipped with a TV and WIFI for internet.
About norm

We are a California couple coming to Nice 3 times a year on business. We fell in love with the Cote D'Azur and bought this apartment to share our excitement of this amazing area with other travelers. We rebuilt this apartment from scratch with loving touches that everyone finds very charming, as we are also in the home decor business!

One of unique benefits of our vacation rental apartment is easy access to so many forms of entertainment. It is in the heart of all the fun stuff! It doesn't get any better! You can relax on the beach all day then treat yourself to an amazing meal at one of the many excellent restaurants all around you, then stroll the Promenade des Anglais along the med. and be entertained by the fabulous street artists and musicians!

Fabulous time! Perfect Location!

We spent a month in Nice and loved every minute! We had our two children (10 & 12) and they swam in the med just about every day, except for the time we drove up into Provence and stayed for a week. Everything is at your fingertips from your apartment...great restaurants, the beach, the daily market, shopping, shopping, shopping!

Hidden Gem!

My girlfriend and I had a great time in Nice! Your apartment was lovely and had everything we needed to make some perfect meals at home, when we weren't dining out. There was a fantastic bakery right near the apartment that we visited every morning, just after the church bells rang! What a charming visit it was and we would recommend staying in this apartment to anyone who wants the real "french" experience!

I am so excited to finally write a review for the wonderful apartment we rented last year. We loved it! Fabulous location and walk out the door and feel so french......the apartment, is beautiful and clean and very very charming....felt life as a local in France. Great restaurants, beach, shopping all in walking distance from home. All in all, I have recommended to everyone I know, and I am making reservations for next spring. I would highly recommend this place, to feel home away from home, also making me feel like I am a part of France.
