Building equipped air conditioned reception, a vacant suite, swimming pool, sauna, laundry, game room.

Located in the most privileged of Fortaleza, Praia de Iracema Landfill, where the show takes place at the turn of the year (New Years Eve). Close to everything: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks. Neighbor to AV. Monsignor Tabosa and famous crafts fair. There pucos meters from the beach.
