MINIMUM STAY: The unit rents for a 7 night minimum in the summer between Saturday and Saturday, and rents any time during the off season with a 5 night minimum. Sorry, this is not a pet-friendly rental. This is a non-smoking rental. No student rentals, must be a minimum age of 30 to rent. Linens for the beds include sheets, pillow cases, blankets and comforters. We also provide washcloths and towels for the bathrooms, but not hand towels . Also, we do not provide kitchen towels or beach towels. This unit has a starter of dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, and small hand soap.
