The Villa is close to the South Forest Beachfront. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Beach. Walking, jogging and biking paths surround the the area. Sightseeing is made easy here. Shopping is conveniently located. Diverse dining is nearby and abundant. Entertainment is nightly and varied. Great Golf and Tennis are close. This makes for a great place to stay with a great location.

Enjoy the nearby beach and relax in the sun with family and friends. Build sand structures or enjoy beach games in the soft white sand. Sit in the surf or swim in the warm Atlantic waters. Take a beach stroll along the surf line, collect shells and watch for dolphins that routinely swim up and down in the calm waters. Take a bike ride and admire the beach front properties or look out over the ocean for distant ships making there way to Savannah directed by the sight of Tybee Island and its Lighthouse. The white soft sand on wide beaches with the sound of the smooth surf are ideal for a visit here.

Upon your return to the air conditioned Villa after the beach, enjoy a simple, clean and low maintenance residence. Tile floors throughout provide an uncluttered and easily maintained living space. Relax on a matching love seat and sofa couch. At days end bathe in a private Jacuzzi whirlpool tub in the master bedroom or shower only in the bath just outside the second bedroom. Rest comfortably on Aloe Vera Mattresses under ceiling fans. Sleep on a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom.

Great stay

We had a great stay here and were very pleased with the beds, sheets, towels, TVs, appliances etc. Everything was clean and comfortable. There are tennis courts right out back but the noise was not bothersome to us. We watched an egret stalk, catch and eat two lizards right from the patio doors. Fascinating for us northerners to see. The beach, restaurants and grocery store was about a 5 minute walk so we rarely used our car except to go to Savannah one day. We discovered a shorter way there using Burnt Church Rd. TO Bruin Str which lead straight to the highway into Savannah which took about 45min. Don't stop and ask questions at the little tourists booths in Coligny Beach shopping area unless you have alot to time to waste as they are fronts for time share sales. We asked for directions to the nearest restroom and an hour later we got there after we heard the deals etc. I would happily return to rent this condo and recommend it to friends. Actually I already did!

Excellent Stay

We chose this particular unit because of the grill and the soaker tub. Once there we also appreciated the proximty to the beach, grocery, and many restaurants. We walked almost everywhere. We enjoy cooking for ourselves so having a sizeable refrigerator and all cooking accoutrements was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again should we return to Hilton Head Island.

From a Jacuzzi Whirlpool Soaker Tub off the Master Bedroom to a fully equipped modern kitchen with a patio grill as a vacation cooking option our guests think our Villa is a great value.

Our vacation was just wonderful at this condo and it had a very happy ending. I thought I had lost my valuable diamond necklace on the last day of our stay. Dan called my husband the day we returned home and asked if we had lost a necklace. The housekeeper had found it and returned it to Dan. Honest Customer Service is a plus at this perfect condo!!

Nice condo with a great location. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable that we fell asleep in no time. We enjoyed the large HD televisions in family room and both bedrooms. Condo was very clean and we could always find a good parking spot. If this is your first visit to Hilton Head island, the location can not be beat. We had a relaxing vacation even on the golf course. Had to show my hubby how to drive a golf ball.ha. Looking for a nice place for dinner, try Truffles. Rent bikes and ride on the beach. Thank you Dan for the wonderful vacation.

All of our guests have loved the location. The Beach is just a short walk and even a shorter bike ride as a paved path is in front of our complex. Shopping, dining and entertainment are just as close. Golf and other places of interest like South Beach and Harbour Town in Sea Pines Plantation are so close you will never have to leave the south end of Hilton Head Island to enjoy your vacation experience from my Villa.
