There is a bathroom that serves the media room and upstairs bedroom. Downstairs has a large gourmet open kitchen which is part of the main living space, master bedroom and second bedroom. French doors lead to a large salt water pool with a hot tub and outside fire place. The covered front porch provides outdoor seating to relax and enjoy outdoor space beneath majestic oaks. Serene outdoor lighting in the front and back of the home provide spectacular ambiance and relaxation after a day exploring Austin. Speakers and Wi-Fi are located throughout the house and backyard for great sound and entertaining. For sleeping, the master bedroom has a king-size bed; the downstairs bedroom has two (2) single beds and the upstairs has a queen. We have a Queen Aerobed available if needed as well - no charge. Babysitters and additional housekeeping can be available upon request for additional fees.
