This exceptional 2150 sq ft vacation home at #2 Quail Lane is near the Village Mall at the Y of Ponderosa and North Ponderosa Drive. The home was remodeled in 2007 with the addition of 550 sq ft that includes a 2nd master suite, additional bedroom, granite kitchen counter tops, slate entry and stairs. New furnishings have been provided throughout, and a new hot tub. The home layout is reverse living with the great room upstairs with living room, dining area and kitchen. The large living area has a gas fireplace that adds warmth and ambiance, while the air conditioning is appreciated on warm summer days. There is high speed wireless Internet access, LCD TV's throughout, and stereo with CD player. Eight cruiser bikes, ping pong table, unlimited pool/tennis court passes (summer) and gas BBQ are provided for guest use. It is just a short walk or three minute bike ride along Beaver Drive to the Sunriver Village Mall, the center for many resort activities.

Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room with large table and comfortable seating for eight. There are four bar stools for those who prefer eating at the breakfast bar. A sliding glass door off the dining area leads out onto the deck and hot tub area.

Deck and Hot Tub: There is a large deck off the living area at the front of the home with patio furniture and a peak-a-boo view of Mt. Bachelor. A second deck with gas BBQ is accessed from the dining area and master suite upstairs. The hot tub for 7 is located on a secluded deck midway between the upper and lower decks at the rear of the home. There is a patio off the master suite downstairs, with direct access to the lower deck and hot tub areas. Large common areas with open Ponderosa pine forest extend from three sides of the home.

We had a great time in this beautiful home.
It is extremely well appointed and stocked.
Having the many bedrooms and bathrooms were a luxury and made a big difference getting everyone ready.
All the bedrooms have TV's and DVD's but we had more fun playing games in the great room and using the ping pong table!
I highly recommend this rental and plan to come back.

Four couples stayed at this home in August 2009 for 6 nights. Great home and great location in Sunriver. Each couple had their own bathroom and bedroom. Kitchen was well supplied with kitchen stuff. The ping pong table and coaster bikes were good to have. The hot tub was fun. A TV in every bedroom and living room plus a great stereo system was a major plus. The AC worked great on a few hot days. Absolutely no complaints.
