Photos and Description of the Austin vacation studio rental
1 loft bedroom with futon bed downstairs (sleeps 3-4)

Our guest house has a king size in the upstairs loft and a futon that folds out into a full size bed downstairs. There is one bathroom with shower/tub. Kitchen area includes refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The guest house also includes a pool table, Wii, Wifi, TV and DVD player. The guest house is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Austin. The community is gated. Parking available in courtyard leading into guest house. Our home is located within a few minutes of Barton Creek Resort. It is located in between Bee Caves and SW Parkway.
