This nicely furnished and updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 level townhome with vaulted ceilings and ceramic flooring is located in Valencia Courts directly off of Desoto Boulevard. This location provides a short drive to the Desoto Golf Course, DeSoto Family Recreation Center(pools, tennis and basketball courts, playground, miniature golf), Desoto Marina, and the West Gate onto Highway 7.

All 4 flat screen televisions have Comcast with plenty of channels to choose from. Other amenities include Wi-fi, furnished upper and lower deck and patio, washer/dryer, and charcoal grill. The King and 4 double bed structure can accommodate 6 to 8.

This Townhouse was GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!

This townhouse was immaculate , it was totally updated and had everything we needed . We were close to golf , swimming pool , desoto lake marina , tennis and basketball courts . The beds were great , we slept great . Everything seemed like it was brand new in the townhouse . The 52 inch TV was great . We sat out on the top deck alot and enjoyed watching the squirrals run from tree to tree . We were a short distance from the west gate , alot of very good places to eat just outside the gate . We had a great time and will stay there again when we come back . We will recommend this townhouse to friends !!!!

GREAT STAY !!!!!
