Newly renovated ranch. One Queen size bed and two single, 2 baths 1 with a walk in shower. Granite kitchen, cable TV with internet access. Large patio, fire pit, gas grill, Air Conditioning, Dinning area seating for five. Comfortable living area for 6. Large yard area for outdoor activities.

About Lenny and Sandra

Retired couple living on Cape Cod for over 40 years, looking forward to knowing that you enjoy the Cape as much as we do. We are originally from Medford, Ma.,a city just outside of Boston. Medford is a great city, but we love living on Cape Cod and plan to remain here.

It's the ultimate vacation get away.We lived in the neighborhood for many years and would want to live no where else. Living here is like being on vacation every day.

We bought the property because it was in need of lots of TLC and we enjoyed making it into the charming home it is today.

Outstanding Cape Cod League baseball games only 10 minutes away. Great place to spend your Thanksgiving holiday. 45 minutes to Plymouth Plantation, Plymouth Rock and the historic Mayflower. During the Christmas holiday see the lights at Eadyrville Railroad 45 minutes away. Great escape for every season.
