Carvoeiro was a small fishing village which despite development has retained its scenic appeal and is devoid of high rise buildings. It has two golden sandy beaches, Carvoeiro beach which adjoins the village square is a beautiful cove, bordered by cliffs and restaurants. Sun loungers, parasols and jet skis can be hired. This apartment is situated within a few minutes walk of Carvoeiro beach.Parasio beach is also nearby and is perfect for snorkelling.
There are an abundance of restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes and pockets, shops, banks, mini markets, daily fresh produce market,, post office, chemist, doctors surgeries, taxi rank and bus service. All within walking distance.
Carvoeiro club de Tennis has tennis and gym facilities. Scuba diving and horse riding can be arranged locally.
The nearest water park at Lagoa is a five minute drive and guarantees a fun filled day for the more energetic. Zoo Marine, at Guia, 15 minutes by car, the aquatic zoo,is another popular venue where you can pre book to swim with the dolphins.

You can also take your choice of many other Championship courses just 30 minutes drive away at Palmares and Penina and the beautiful courses (40 minutes drive) at Quinta do Lago or Vale do Lobo.
