The villa was last year completely reconstructed in 2011. A new bed room over the ocean and a big covered terrace had been added(still not on the satellite picture of Google maps.

The house is on a rock, 20m above the ocean and provides incredible sunsets.

The entire property is very private and protected against outside views.
Why Owner chose Playa Flamingo

We live in a some extra ordinary properties in Europe and we always where looking for our exaptional place at the pacific.

As it is a long flight time from Europe to Costa Rica only a top of the line property does make sense to us. And we did find it with this villa at Flamingo Beach.

What makes this villa unique

Located directly at the white Flamingo Beach. Private stair down to the beach. Incredible sunsets to be watched from the terrace.

When you are lucky you can watch the wales from the terrace in the bay.

Paradise in Costa Rica

We stayed in the Sunset Villa in April 2013 and loved every minute of it. The pictures are a true representation of the house and all it has to offer. It is more like a compound where you have separate living spaces for each person in your party. We had 2 families with 3 teenagers and everyone all had space to move around. The owner has thought of everything from the well stocked kitchen to the movies and books available for use in the library. The house has high end features and the outdoor space is what we used the most. In walking distance to several restaurants. The owner suggested a tour company and we even brought in a chef one night. The help that services the home is wonderful. The beach is close by and the stairs are very manageable. We felt safe on the beach and even walked to dinner via the beach access. Overall, the house, services, and access to activities and restaurants were terrfiic. We love Leo the dog... he was part of our family by the end.

Amazing place, even better than the pictures!!

We transfer the payment a couple weeks before our arrival. On the day we arrived the staff met up with us at the house and took care of everything since then.
The place is very comfortable and has absolutely everything you could need, from the kitchen to the outdoors.
Everyone was very nice friendly and made sure we had a wonderful stay, can't wait to go back!!

Thanksgiving Heaven

Amazing property with stunning sunset views and luxury accommodations. Private beach access to secluded part of Flamingo Beach. Walking distance to the best restaurant in the region. The staff was incredibly nice, especially the big friendly dog who stays in the garden to protect the property. My 2-year-old and he became fast friends. The owners facilitated all our needs and put us in touch with touring companies and nanny care etc... We loved it here. Would highly recommend.
