This is Honua Kai Unit # Konea 112. This is a brand new, 915 square foot (plus 300 sq ft Lanai/Garden) GROUND FLOOR Two (2) bedroom condominium in the new Honua Kai Resort Konea Tower – the newest condominium resort to be built in Kaanapali (2008).
Only the Ground Floor units offer tall 11' ceilings, oversized lanai's, and very quick and easy access in and out (from the Lanai or condo door) ... no elevators needed. The lanai opens up to lush lawns & walkways with views of the mountain and resort and it has a private relaxing Koi pond off the lanai. My unit is conveniently located in the middle of the resort, within just a few steps to the Konea interior court yard or a quick close 1-2 minute walk to the resort pools and hot tubs. Our room is also close to the fitness center.
Included are many owner supplied extras such as beach chairs, a beach umbrella, an ice chest, boogie boards, games, beach towels, a guest book, a pack n play, etc.
It has a King Bed in Master, Queen sofa sleeper in living, and Queen Bed in the Den converted Bedroom and is perfect for up to 6. All rooms have their own flat screen TV's (cable w/ On Demand). A Blu-Ray DVD is available in the living room. Wireless Fast Internet is also included free of charge.

I grew up and we currently live in Seattle, WA. My wife grew up in the Czech Republic. We have 3 little ones. A handsome 4 year old boy, beautiful 3 year old girl, and our youngest boy is just under 1. Our favorite getaway spot is Maui and Honua Kai.

We love Maui and after staying at Honua Kai for the first time in 2009, we feel in love with this place. Having a young family of our own, we have always struggled to find a nice condo with all the amenities we were looking for. Honua Kai was that place. We purchased this unit first off because it was a ground floor unit, which in our opinion is the absolute best for children. It has quick and easy access to the outside, the pool, and everything else. It has its own Koi pond which our kids love.. and is right next to the Gym, so theres no excuses. We just love this place.
