100' private beach on lake plus access to private Vineyard Sound beach just a quick walk along beautiful wooded trail or one minute by car. Located only two miles from downtown Vineyard Haven but totally private and wonderfully secluded.

House comes with 4 Kayaks, outdoor ping-pong table, large Weber grill, chef's kitchen, two luxurious master suites, home gym/yoga room, large fireplace, total WIFI coverage with high-speed internet, huge screen porch with dining table for up to 12.

Every modern amenity in a beautiful, rustic setting. House meticulously cared for by owners. Fantastic manicured gardens and large open lawn leading down to private beach/waterfront area.

We are one mile down a private dirt road, shared by a few families and a working farm. Only two miles to downtown Vineyard Haven but feels a million miles away...peace and tranquility are key features. Nesting pairs of Osprey fly overheard, wild turkeys wander the woods. Fish are in abundance and striped bass fishing is steps away.
