Enjoyable Stay

Communication with Nancy, the booking agent, was excellent. She met us at the condo to hand over the keys and provided an orientation. The condo was clean and well maintained. Lots of nice fluffy, white towels as well as beach towels were provided. The condo is the nicest building in the immediate area by far. The surrounding area is not a typical tourist area, so it was nice to be in a gated, well maintained and well-lit community. The pool is every bit as nice as the picture. The master bedroom had a great mattress and a variety of pillows. The second bedroom offered twin beds and a futon. Air conditioning is provided in both of the bedrooms, but not in the kitchen/living room. This wasn't a big deal as with the ocean breeze plus the ceiling fans it was quite comfortable. Lots of little extras were provided like coffee and coffee filters, extra garbage bags, spices and even a gallon of milk! The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, modern cooktop, etc. There is no dishwasher, but soap, kitchen towels, and other cleaning supplies were provided. A nearby 24-hour Walgreens was a convenient place to buy food and other items and there are lots of places to shop within five miles or so. There is a beach within a five minute walk and a huge wooden fort for the kids. The owners picked up the keys from us at the end of our stay and they were lovely. All in all, it was a great launchpad for our many excursions to areas in the North and Central areas of Puerto Rico such as Rincon, Mayaguez, Arecibo and Lares.
