Gulf Of Mexico With Panoramic Views from living, dining room and balconies. Views of the Water from all Rooms. We have Updated Flat screen TV's, new Furniture & art work, and Professionally decorated! An additional small twin futon and chair for the smaller children in the living areas allow the adults to enjoy their private rooms. Wifi Secured. Neighborhood Fireworks Show on the water Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights can be seen at 8:30 pm, just after your dinner from our cozy kitchen or balcony view. Spectacular spot for relaxing!! Or, winter has Thursday nights fireworks show from our west balcony or dining area inside or outside. Both Harbor & Gulf Views from bedrooms and balconies. Your upstairs (top (2nd) floor getaway has an open, airy feeling with vaulted ceilings and excellent floorplan. Numerous windows keep your eyes looking out towards the water with extensive Gulf views from living area. With views from all windows of the water. Also, this end unit has the most windows in our complex for your scenes of the emerald blue Gulf, watching the boats sail or motor past, parasailing in the summers, and birds year round. Our home is surrounded in an exclusive Multi Million dollar neighborhoods for a reasonable Valued price. Well lighted streets for sunset walks or early evening and island style living make Holiday Isle your best experience. This historic Destin Fishing Village with our private access is active and humming year round. You as our guests have beach and harbor access and great parking ( an additional parking spot has recently been added December 2012! This retreat sleeps 2 - 6 people. Enjoy morning coffee on your private balcony with a glimpse of the boats passing through or see the exotic shades of red and orange as the sun sets over the ocean.

Bring your Boat for Fun on vacation with you. The 34 foot Boat Slip can be rented while staying at the condo. Availability needs to be scheduled in advance. Launching is within one mile. If you need to wash off your boat or trailer, a hose is available at our family vacation home at the bottom of the stairs. For your convenience, an area to clean your fresh fish is located at the end of the dock. A receptable has been provided at the dock for your fish remains after your productive day of Fishing in our historic Fishing Village! Grouper, Red Snapper, Cobia, etc--- Enjoy yourself!

This unique 1200 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 2 bath sunny (southern faced) home is nestled on Exclusive Holiday Isle. It is the perfect retreat at the Best Value for your money on your special vacation, holiday, retreat, or wedding party. You can sun bathe on the back or western balcony. Extra spacious master bedroom with closet has a sealey posturpedic King size bed with plenty more room for you. Your Guest Bedroom has views. Full kitchen has everything needed plus more. Full size washer & dryer in laundry room is adjacent to kitchen for your ease of use. All linens and towels provided plus extras to keep our home comfortable for you.

Location is surreal for beach access, beautiful sunsets on the beach, from your window views, or dinner dining outside . Boating and jetski rentals are easy access on and off the dock. Fishing and crabbing off the dock ends a perfect day while the kids watch or feed the ducks. Moonlit walks on the beach or along one of the most private neighborhoods in Destin. Schedule your memorable night of star gazing or catch the moon dancing on the water from your bedroom window. Plan your beach retreat because the calendar fills up quickly! Don't forget the Neighborhood Firework show every July 4th which is continuous year round at 8:30 pm on Thursdays (winter), plus Tuesdays and Saturdays (summer) toward the western sky and sunsets. Your family can Sit on your balcony and watch the presentation across over the water for a mirrored effect on the 4th of July presentation.

Destin Sands is located in the heart of Destin on Holiday Isle close to many restaurants and area attractions. Perfect place to get away, relax with the views of the water and have fun with many memories at the beach across the street. We love Destin, the beachside activities, this location, the harbor for boating, and the great weather! I can not get enough of the water and views. This is my mother's favorite vacation spot because she can actually relax on the sofa or we cook in the kitchen with the views, sunset, or fireworks after dinner.

We had a great time. Would love to come back again for a longer stay. Pace is so close to beach and Harbor. Owner had chairs for beach. Went fishing on dock in back.our 8 year old caught a lot and we ate them. Overall one of the best vacations. Thanks Arnold
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: We try to keep a minimum of two beach chairs for our guests. Also, if you time it perfectly for snapper or cobia season...dockside, surf side and Gulf fishing will keep you coming back. Our little sleepy fishing village is fun with your boat for exploring Destin, Norriega Point, and Crab Island! Boat slip available is first come, first serve with plenty of spaces for you to choose. I suggest the Northeastern slips because currently they are deeper with easier maneuverability for your watercraft! Fish cleaning station and disposal just near the dock to keep our community clean. Please do not forget all the bird species and fish to watch from our dock or seating area outside on the ( north) harbor side. Thank you so much for your positive feedback. Love this place. Mr daughter her husband and children (2) and my grandson and 1 other along with my husband stayed at this wonderful place. I thought at first we might be a little cramped until I saw the place. Very roomy clean and has all the comforts of home. Very close to the beach and some very good views. I took pictures of boats sailing off from the balcony that I loved so much. Being in a popular vacation town I thought it would be loud I was fooled on that also. Very quiet place and friendly people around you. Thank you so much for letting us stay we had a wonderful time. (Also thank you for the coupons listed in the book.)

The beach across the street was easy to access, the moon was gorgeous on the water from our views, and the Master King Bed was so comfortable. We will be back because it I slept so well and love your adorable home! Thanks for having us as your guests! We'll be in touch, soon.

We absolutely enjoyed our week at this getaway spot. Clean & comfy. Amazing beach is close by. Great restaurants nearby, too. It has all the kitchen/bathroom necessities. The two dogs loved it, too. There's a George Foreman grill, which we used as well. We had to buy some extra toilet paper and such but no big deal. We'll likely rent again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Thanks for your comments...we try to update every year so when you return you have something to look forward to time after time! Relax, unwind, or have fun all day then unwind with the sea breezes from the balcony or soak up the sun on the balcony all year while you wait for everyone else to get ready to hit the beach. This southern exposure home is perfect for cool nights or cool days in the fall and winter season. Lots of light and black out curtains help you sleep in when needed! Do not forget the firework shows from the western balcony, 4th of July and every thursday and saturday night from our dining area inside or outside. Very romantic or just relax with the healthy ocean air with your coffee in the morning. All the comforts of home for you to enjoy.

I enjoyed my vacation at your beach property. It was decorated nice and felt homey and clean. Loved the beach with a quick easy walk for a retired older person, as I am. It was great hearing waves from the balcony and watching the beach through the windows. The openness and light airy feeling of the condo made our relaxation even more enjoyable. We return every year and are pleased with the extras you add each time.
