Located at the intersection of Pointe Milou & Marigot, Villa Kalandra is newly & fully furnished where contemporary style and informal Caribbean charms meet with fine materials such as natural stone, stainless steel, red wood and granite.

both bedrooms have peaked roofs with exposed beam and are tastefully decorated with inspirational art. Furnished with new linens and mosquito screens, relax in efficient luxury with air conditioning and ceiling fan. Each of the natural stone en suite bathrooms is equipped with new cotton bathrobes & towels and hair dryer.

The Master bedroom with a King sized bed has white and beige matching furniture whereas the second bedroom with a queen size bed has ebony and light grey matching furniture.

with ample sun loungers to relax.

*Covered and shady gazebo

with modern resin settees and cushions.

From the villa you are few minutes away from the lovely lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac and gorgeous beaches, many exquisite restaurants such as to name few: Le Ti St Barth, La Gloriette, Le Gaiac and luxurious hotels such as Le Christopher, Le Sereno, le Guanahani and le Toiny and to a walking distance from a little grocery store that offers daily homemade French pastries.

Honeymoon at Villa Kalandra

We visited St. Barth’s for the first time for our honeymoon and spent a wonderful week at Villa Kalandra.

Management – From early on leading up to our visit our correspondence with Laetitia revealed her to be an absolute pleasure to interact with: very pleasant, responsive and helpful. This was reassuring and made trip planning very smooth. She helped organize our scooter rental (highly recommend) and even met us to help transport our luggage to and from the airport. During our stay she remained readily available and was a great resource on dining and activity tips. It was like having family on the island a phone call or email away if needed.

Location and Exterior – The villa is tucked into a hill off a private drive; a combination of vegetation and walls provide a very private spacious front deck with gorgeous internally lit swimming pool and comfy outdoor furniture – this serves as a great place to spend a relaxing morning or unwind after a day of activities.

Interior – The décor is beach chic, very sexy and modern luxuries abound. The beautiful full kitchen makes cooking a meal a day an easy choice, the bathroom is stylish and the bedroom comfortable and with a view of the water. I don’t think you could ask for anything more. If you are getting a car, we would recommend checking into the villa first, because many of the essentials we thought to purchase, we found were already there from either Laetitia or prior guests.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about both Laetitia and Villa Kalandra. We highly recommend a stay at Villa Kalandra and look forward to a return visit.

This was my tenth trip to St Barths. We were very pleased with Villa Kalandra. It was exactly as pictured. Great amenities and great location. Perfect combination of sun and shade in pool area. Great kitchen. Beautifully decorated.

This was our 5th trip to St Barths. We have stayed in number of different villas and locations on the island. The villa is quite new with every modern convenience and amenity. The description of the property and photos are accurate. The house is very lovely - well appointed kitchen, high end bathrooms, very comfortable beds with nice linens and towels. The set up of the house is perfect for a couple with a child/children as rooms are fully attached. There is a very nice pool with plenty of seating for relaxing and dining. The house manager was very responsive with email correspondence and was very accomodating when a snafu occurred with our final payment. We will be back!

My husband and I just spent a week at Villa Kalandra and we loved it! The villa is very spacious with all the amenities of home and located in close driving distance to shopping, beaches, and restaurants. The villas management staff was very friendly and made you feel at home. Our favorite lunch spot was O'Corail located on Grand Cull De Sac Beach, very affordable & laid back atmosphere. even though there are closer restaurants to the villa our two favorites were La Langouste in Flamands and Sante Fe located at the top of Lurin. My husband and I have traveled to many islands and St Barth's has been our favorite so far, one of the most beautiful private islands in the Caribbean. Truly paradise!

Villa Kalandra is a brand new, beautifully designed and meticulously kept two bedroom villa -perfect for a family of four or two couples. The manager , Laetitia could not be more accommodating and helpful in settling in and getting acquainted on the island. The villa's location is in a quiet area near great beaches and a few minute ride from Gustavia. The villa is equipped with every modern convenience- an up to date kitchen, washing machine,flat screen TV and wifi.The week we stayed was a great experience that I plan on repeating!
