This fantastic studio apartment is located in the heart of Reykjavik. The property comprises a sizable studio room with striking open-plan kitchen, double bed, table chairs and modern shower room. As additional we added a convertible sofa for extra sleeping place. Our guest can relax on a small patio in the garden.

Apartment fits mostly for 2 people (best couple), but if you’re 2+1 family please send us an information about it, before you make a booking.

Apartment is in the house builded in 1905 (ground floor) in the oldest part of town “101 Reykjavik. Wonderfully located just moments from the many attractions of downtown of Reykjavik like, harbour with whale watching tours, the main tourist street - Laugavegur, Icelandic Parliament, City Hall, The Pond (Tjornin), The New Opera House, and Landakot’s Church.

Apartment is fully equipped (bed linens, blanket for picnic, towels) and in the kitchen you’ll find all necessary kitchen equipment. Cable TV and wi-fi internet is included in the price. We also offer two bikes for our guests. The street is quiet with very little car traffic. On the street corner is located small grocery shop, with all necessary goods. In the house is located common laundry, with a private washing machine. For disposition of our Guests is also a free parking place.

You can stay in the centre but away from all the noise.

Close to restaurants, bars, coffee houses, bakery and stores. Free parking space near the house.
