Ground Floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo

Conveniently located off I-10 and Elliot Road in Phoenix, this ground floor condo is just minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport. Bordering on Mesa, Tempe and Chandler, this is a perfect location to access all that the Valley and State have to offer.

This is a great vacation spot for couples or families; sleeps four but can accommodate six for short stays. The split floor plan offers two Master bedrooms equipped with a queen size and double bed with a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Also quiet location works well for corporate travel. Located right near the I-10 and Elliot Road exit makes for easy connection to any place in the valley. A desk top computer with high-speed internet is provided as well as wireless access for connecting into the office.

Two swimming pools, Jacuzzi and BBQ grill outside. Inside you'll find all the comforts of home, including washer/dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher and dishes, pots/pans and all utensils included.

Activities: Enjoy year-round golf at any of over 150 courses, with 15 public courses within a ten-mile radius

During our spring season, enjoy games throughout the valley from Major League Baseball training camps. Harrahs Ak-Chin, Fort McDowell and Gila River Casinos are all within a half hour drive. Arizona Mills and Chandler Fashion Center Malls are within a five-mile radius. A short walking distance away you will find a grocery store, bank and casual dining.

Other great dining can be found within minutes; places such as Nello's (pizza), Z-Tejas (southwestern), Pei-Wei (Asian), Aunt Chilada's (Mexican), Rustler's Roost (western steakhouse), Flemming's (fine dining), to name just a few.

With a short drive to the South you can enjoy historic sites such as Tombstone, Bisbee or visit Old Tucson. To the north is beautiful Sedona or go skiing in Flagstaff.

This condo fit my needs perfectly. Easy to get to, right off freeway for easy access. Quiet grounds, nicely shaded with mature pines, one block walk to grocery store and strip mall with restaurants etc. Wilderness Park (not sure of name) with walking trails in the low mountains just 1 mile away. Couldn't have asked for more from the unit itself. Owner was very accommodating. Will bookmark this rental for future reservations.

Just as described, no surprise. Nice neighborhood nice compound, mountain trails nearby all the convenience within a few minutes from the condo. This was the perfect set-up for two couples, (the rooms at opposite side of the condo with individual bathroom).
Lots of mature trees. Really enjoyable

Home Away From Home

My experience was exceptional. The condo provided quality and all the comforts of home. Within just a few blocks, everything I could possibly need was within a short drive or walk. I cannot say enough about Anne and how extremely accomodating she was and very responsive when needed. I would stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

Comfortable, Fully Equiped and Convenient

What a great place to stay! The beds were very comfortable; luxurious sheets and linens. The kitchen was fully stocked, 3 televisions, computer with internet, washer and dryer, view of the pool, and located near grocery stores and all other types of shopping. Plenty of books, games, and movies to keep the kids busy. Also located near the freeway, so as to give easy access to all parts of the valley. Quiet location and friendly neighbors. Beautifully decorated. I would whole heartedly recommend this property and would love to stay here again. Thanks Anne for making us feeling at home. We loved it!!

Fun, Sun & Close to everything!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this condo property. The owner was pleasant and had gone out of the way to make this comfortable for our needs. The location was ideal with a grocery store and coffee shop within walking distance. The location was ideal, due to its closeness to the pool, proximity to the expressway and many restaurants/shopping nearby. Our son loved the miniature golf at Fiddlesticks. The property was kept immaculately and well-equipped. I would highly recommend this property! Day trip to Grand Canyon was a dream come true. Fun at the Phoenix Zoo, Papago Park, and some baseball at Chase Field.
