As good as it gets. This is it, if you want the best for your family vacation in the Disney area. Close to all the attractions, but still in a tranquil location far away from the hustle and bustle of the 192, but still just a short drive away from it all.
This upscale 4 bedroom townhome with private pool got it all. LCD's in all bedrooms and in the living room/family room combo. Walk outside to your private pool with a covered sitting area. Take a short walk up to the huge clubhouse with a resort sized pool with fountains, spa's and a poolside Tiki Bar.
Go inside the clubhouse to enjoy the fitness center, the game rooms, or the internet cafe. Do not miss this one. See you.

We are two Danish families that own this vacation home for our own pleasure and for the benefit of our friends. We love going to Florida for the great weather, the friendly people and using Orlando as a hub for our American adventures.
The Owner purchased this townhome in 2008
We looked at different resorts in the Orlando area, and fell in love with the upscale amenities of Paradise Palms. This was just the one for us.
We love the private pool, so we can be ourselves after a long day of adventures. We love the large kitchen, so we can work together creating dinner, and still be part of the group. There are so many things to enjoy, so we recommend you trying it for yourself.
This is a great rental property. The facilities were well upkept and the actual townhome was updated and well kept as well. The Owner of the property made the booking process simple and easy. Will book with this property when I return for vacation.
The place was beautiful, large, new, well maintained, and most importantly for my wife, it was VERY clean. The booking process was smooth and hassle free as well. My family did not want to leave.
The house is very comfortable, beautiful and clean. Exactly as the photos. The few problems we had were promptly resolved by the manager. I highly recommend it! We loved our stay!!
Great fir a family. Lots of privacy with the four bedrooms. The unit was updated and clean.i will rent again.
Every year, my wife & I plus our two children, now 8 & 10 years old, venture south from Long Island to Orlando for two weeks for summer vacation. We usually rent from Caribe Cove across from Paradise Palms, but this summer Caribe Cove's reservation dept seemed to have a difficult time returning our calls, three separate days I left messages. We decided to VRBO Paradise Palms, which we seen grow yearly in new constructed units. We inquired & priced a couple of units to rent, 3 & 4 bedroom, & selected this property.
Kim is the property manager who is terrific. From our questions about the property, money transactions & onsite questions she always responded immediately, by cell, email or text. The place was clean, spacious, and provided everything promised. Our kids loved the splash pool & you could easily watch them from the kitchen & living room. The community pool with the waterfalls was good, because my kids made friends with other kids staying at Paradise. Yes the property had a couple of minor imperfections which I brought to Kim's attention, but what rental property is perfect. Location wise your right down the road, but far enough away for privacy, from countless restaurants & stores. Things of note, plenty of lizards for the kids to chase, 20 minutes from Disney, Twistee Treat Ice Cream on Route 192, 19 steps separate upstairs from downstairs, washer/dryer upstairs work well, strong wifi signal in unit & plenty of hangers & towels. Especially if you have kids, down time from them after a full day at Disney is important. That why we appreciated all the space this Town home offered. My daughter took the bunk bed room, my son took the room next to it, they each had their own private TV. Our master bedroom was a good size room with a large window with an attached private bathroom. Appreciated the convenience of three full bathrooms in this Town House. I would stay at Paradise Palms again, especially properties managed by Kim, over any of the cookie cutter Disney Resort hotel suites locations every time.
The booking process was easy and Kim was very helpful!
The house was nice and large enough for 8 adults and 1 child. Plus, the price was right! I was a little disappointed about having to bring my own dishwasher soap, paper towels, and toilet paper and the nicely decorated table was set with dirty dishes. After 5 minutes of being in the house, we found 5 light bulbs out so I called the service guy and he came within several hours. He also brought me a baby gate upon request. There were broken patio chairs as well. I think a closer look at the property from management needs to be done periodically. The community pool was awesome and the drive to Magic Kingdom was quick.
Overall, the house was nice, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for so many people. I would book again for this property.
