What makes this condo unique

I hate to be the same drum but the Elevator, that is 15 feet from your vehicle in a safe covered parking garage is the best feature of Cobblestone, and my condo. The second best feature...BIGGEST Walk OUT Deck! Only those owners on the Floor 2 can brag about this!!!
