Why The Owner chose Athens

The University of Georgia holds many cultural, academic, and athletic programs/games throughout the year. Being an alumna of UGA, our family enjoys returning to a place where we have so many great memories. And, to be honest, there is nothing better than college football on a Saturday in late fall.

What makes this apartment unique

It's a short walk to campus and downtown. Athens has some of the best boutique shopping and restaurants in the entire state. The music scene in Athens is legendary. R.E.M, the B-52s, and countless indie bands got their start at places like the 40 Watt and the Georgia Theater.

Notes: This is a gated property with (2) parking spaces allotted to the unit. The Tailgate Lodge is open for Bulldog home games. The Lodge has 5 flat screen tvs, fireplace, full kitchen, bathrooms, and large sitting area. The property is so close to the stadium you can hear the Red Coat Marching Band at halftime.

The condo was very spacious, very clean and well decorated. I enjoyed my stay because of those factors as well as the fact that the location was excellent. I recommend staying here and more than likely will stay at this condo again!

Great place to stay! Close to everything! No need to fight game day parking! Will stay everytime we come to Athens! Great deal for your money!
