The apartment is fully equipped with:
1. Living/dining room, flat screen TV (Satellite TV) with DVD player, free WiFi, comfortable couch and chairs
2. Master bedroom with double (King) size bed (2x 36x78 inches / 2x90x200 cm) and wardrobes.
3. Second bedroom with double (Queen) size bed (2x 31x78 inches / 2 x80x200 cm).
4. Fully equipped kitchen with toaster/oven/grill/microwave plus a washing/dryer machine.
5. A luxurious marble tiled bathroom with shower.
Situated on the first floor (no lift), very private and is graced by the sun. Complete with central heating making the apartment very comfortable, also in wintertime. The rent includes cleaning, fresh bedding & towels. I am sorry but we do not rent to families with children under 10 years old.
The apartment lies south of the centre in one of the best Areas in town. This area features many traditional Amsterdam buildings which were built in the 1930s. Within 20 minutes you are in the historical city centre. Near public transport (tram within walk distance, railway station, subway) and a shopping street around the corner. Also close to RAI exhibition centre. Easy parking and always parking spots in front of the apartment (paid parking from 0900-2100, sunday is free ) or a Parking House in the neighbourhood
There are no neighbors across the street and there is a lovely view of tree lined park which lies across the borders of the Amstel river.
A few minutes' walk from the apartment brings you to a shopping street, where you'll find grocery shops and restaurants to have breakfast, lunch and take-away. The grocery shops and supermarkets are open 7 days a week.
Within walking distance a straight Tram line to the centre where the tram brings you in 4 minutes to the largest open air market (Albert Cuyp) and in 8 minutes to the centre at Rembrandt square (IDFA festival) or Dam Square. Also a straight tram line to the Museum Area. You can also walk quite easy from the apartment to the centre and feel the atmosphere of this unique area where tourists from all over the world are enchanted by the architecture (Amsterdam School). There is also a railway station close by which can bring you in 11 minutes to Schiphol airport.
Bicycles are provided for free because there is no greater enjoyment than to explore the city on a bike! We also provide you with all tourist information for sight seeing, best local restaurants, best way to use public transport and other secrets to explore.
No smoking in the apartment or in front of the apartment. No pets allowed and no loud noise and respect the peace and rest of neighbours.

Architecture (building from the 1930's) makes it a real Amsterdam apartment (architecture style is called Amsterdam School); very light apartment (East, South positioning) and facing the green trees of the park and the blue water from the Amstel river which makes it very quiet to relax from the busy city. But if you like to benefit cities life, you'll be there within 15 minutes!
