Our brand new tastefully furnished condo has it all, two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen, A/C in every room, easily sleeps 6 with a king size bed in the master suite, two full size beds in the guest bedroom, and even a full size sleeper sofa. For your comfort, all beds are equipped with Serta Memory Foam Mattresses and 500 thread count sheets. There is a 32” LCD HDTV and Blue Ray DVD player in the master suite and a 42” LCD HDTV and Blue Ray DVD player in the living room. Dish satellite and wireless internet is provided at no cost to our guests. There is also a spacious terrace overlooking the lush gardens and beautiful swimming pool.

Every amenity has been included, such as the most luxurious pool in Playa, two huge whirlpool tubs, in-pool lounging beds, equipped fitness center, game room with pool table, air hockey, and game table. There is also a private parking space in the underground parking garage and elevators from the garage to all floors of the condo complex. Take a look at the pictures and I think you will agree. Better yet, come on down and experience the quality of vacation you deserve in paradise.

Sabbia is located in the best neighborhood in Playa del Carmen and is close to everything: a short two minute walk to the famous 5th Avenue and another couple of minutes to the pristine waters of the Caribbean and the white sands of Mamitas Beach, restaurants to suit any taste, supermarkets, upscale stores, exciting tours, and the list goes on and on. Even though a private parking space is provided for you in the underground garage, a car is not necessary. You are within walking distance to everything!

About Tom and Rita Jackson

Rita and I are retired and live in a small town close to Austin, Texas. We adore each other and have been married over 40 years. We have two great son's and are a very close family. Our son's also live and work in the Austin area, which makes it easy to keep in close touch. We are very laid back and love to travel and enjoy exploring all of God's beautiful creations. We also love to play golf together and try to hit the course two to three times a week.

We love visiting in our condo and sincerely hope you achieve as much pleasure as we do. We truly want you to be completely satisfied and will do everything we can to make sure you are.

When Rita and I decided to purchase a condo to vacation in we traveled all over the Caribbean and West Coast searching for the perfect location. After traveling to Jamaica, Panama, Grand Cayman, and even Acapulco, we kept coming back to Playa. It had absolutely everything we were looking for. It is safe, easy to access, and stunningly beautiful. The next step was to locate the perfect condo, and we did. After looking all over Playa we discovered the Sabbia Condo Complex and immediately knew our search was over. It has everything we were looking for, and more.

Sabbia Condo's are located in the perfect spot . . . within walking distance to everything . . . the best beaches, 5th Avenue for the exciting night life, boutique shops, and a multitude of restaurants. It has private parking in the underground parking garage with four elevators serving all floors, including the parking garage (rarely found in Playa). Sabbia has 24 hour security and the most beautiful pool in all of Playa. The staff is first rate and always friendly, going out of their way to help you in any way they can. Playa del Carmen is a unique Caribbean paradise hidden away from the tourist crowds of Cancun and Cozumel. Whether it's a nice relaxing day on the beach, scuba diving and snorkeling or active nightlife that you are looking for Playa del Carmen has it all. The beaches are white and pristine, the water is one of the most beautiful shades of turquoise you will ever see, and the people are always so friendly. World famous 5th Ave is just a 3 minute walk from your doorstep and is bustling with activity both day and night. Great restaurants and bars, 100s of quaint shops, more to see than most people can accomplish in a day. If Mayan ruins, swimming with huge sea turtles or dolphins or water/adventure parks are more your thing, all of those can be found close by. The only thing you will be left wanting is more time to spend here!

Absolutely Perfect!

Wow, where do I start? This place is amazing! Everything is brand new and isn't like most places I've stayed with cheap furniture and outdated pictures. Everything is even better than advertised with this place. All of the furniture was super nice and comfortable and the beds were better than my bed at home. The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a great Webber grill on the back patio for grilling fresh fish or a nice steak. There were even maps that we referred to every day from MapChick that told us a ton of great suggestions for places to eat. Speaking of food, we found several great places to eat within just a few steps of the condo, including our favorite place right across the street. Walking to the beach everyday was a breeze and we always felt safe wherever we went. There were a couple of afternoons that we decided to just hang out by the pool and I'm convinced this place has one of the nicest pools in Playa. There are 6 sunbeds in the pool along with a shallow play area for kids. It was kind of fun meeting people from several different countries while at the pool and everyone was so nice. We also liked the security of having the doorman at the condo and I haven't really seen that anywhere else I have been in Mexico. We will definitely be booking a return trip and can't wait to get back.

Perfect Oasis!

Our stay at the Sabbia Condo was absolutely perfect! The condo is clean & comfortable with a great modern feel. The kitchen has everything you're looking for, the living room is perfect for lounging around, and the beds are so comfortable they make it hard to get out! The grounds were well kept & secure. The pool was an oasis! We lounged at the pool for hours almost every day. It was a real escape from every day life. At night it was an easy short walk to 5th Avenue where there was all the shopping, dining, & tourist attractions you could hope for. There are lots of great local restaurants even closer, including a great local restaurant right accross the street from Sabbia with a bar and pool to lounge in if you're looking for a change of scenery. The beach is literally just a few blocks away. This condo had everything we could have asked for & we would definitely go back!
