This is a really comfortable home located within a 20 minute walk of Vanderbilt Beach and the Delnor-Wiggins State Park. Supermarket & drug store are a short drive away. Home features nice neutral decor. Great open space for families to relax in. The dining space and large kitchen open onto the living area with comfy sofas and a big screen satellite tv. Adjacent to this is the attractive lanai with patio furniture, a gas grill and beautiful enclosed heated pool and spa. Quite handy having laundry facilities on site. I would definitely recommend the house, but renters should expect some minor imperfections: mattresses are not firm, hot water in both bath sinks takes time to warm up, game room is in need of repainting as it's clear kids have spent a lot of time in there, bath baseboards could also use repainting, and the locks on the sliding glass door are tricky. Neighborhood has a suburban feel and is a mix of nice new homes (like this one) and small outdated places that will be teardowns over time. The place is not top of the line, but it is extremely nice for the price & just perfect for a family vacation. And the owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. Overall, I would highly recommend this house.

Owner's Response: The game room and bathroom baseboards were repainted in September 2008. Other minor things were fixed: sliding door locks were replaced and the mattress supports were repaired.
