This charming home is located within a walking distance to the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach in North Naples. Built in 2002, it has all amenities to let you relax and have a memorable vacation. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious formal dining area, this home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 8. A separate game room has a pool table that converts to table tennis and a variety of casino table games. A screened lanai with patio furniture opens to a deck with brand new heated pool and spa completed in 2005. Master suite has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, and beautifully appointed bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a third bedroom has two twins. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. In addition to the central air conditioning there is a fan in every room. In the garage you will find beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Also included in your vacation is a parking pass to Florida State parks.

We spent a very pleasant week in this nice house in August. House very well equipped, with all you equipment and amenities you need. My kids and wife particularly enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. The snooker was a good attraction too. The beach is pretty close, and you get free access to the beach. Supermarket nearby. Naples center requires a 15 mn drive.

What a fabulous house! What a fabulous town! We had the best vacation EVER! I've been coming here to this house at least once a year for the past three years and I love it every time. The house is extremely comfortable and clean with every imaginable amenity close at hand. The location provides the perfect combination of spending time at the beach, shopping, eating out (or in) and visiting a multitude of nearby beaches and communities. I would recommend this property to a friend!

very comfortable home, good value

This is a really comfortable home located within a 20 minute walk of Vanderbilt Beach and the Delnor-Wiggins State Park. Supermarket & drug store are a short drive away. Home features nice neutral decor. Great open space for families to relax in. The dining space and large kitchen open onto the living area with comfy sofas and a big screen satellite tv. Adjacent to this is the attractive lanai with patio furniture, a gas grill and beautiful enclosed heated pool and spa. Quite handy having laundry facilities on site. I would definitely recommend the house, but renters should expect some minor imperfections: mattresses are not firm, hot water in both bath sinks takes time to warm up, game room is in need of repainting as it's clear kids have spent a lot of time in there, bath baseboards could also use repainting, and the locks on the sliding glass door are tricky. Neighborhood has a suburban feel and is a mix of nice new homes (like this one) and small outdated places that will be teardowns over time. The place is not top of the line, but it is extremely nice for the price & just perfect for a family vacation. And the owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. Overall, I would highly recommend this house.
Owner's Response: The game room and bathroom baseboards were repainted in September 2008. Other minor things were fixed: sliding door locks were replaced and the mattress supports were repaired.

We spent 8 days at the Tuscan House in Naples, Fl. and found the house to be everything that we expected. Every type of activity supplies were provided for your use. The pool and hot tub were great and the house was very well done. There were great restaurants near and the walks to the beach each morning were great. I would stay there again.
