Do we REALLY have to leave??

My wife and I are experts on Audrey's Landing. We stayed here for four months while remodeling our home in another part of Seattle. There is a tremendous amount to like about staying here -- it truly was our home away from home -- and I'll try to list the highlights briefly.
The townhome is exceptionally clean and well cared for.
Each room is beautifully color-schemed and a pleasure to look at. We still enjoy the stunning natural fir woodwork throughout the house.
The furnishings and appliances are high quality.
The home has great windows on all three levels, lots of natural light and high quality screens.
The house (kitchen, bedrooms, baths, etc) is stocked with everything you may need for a week, a month or a year. We moved in with our clothes, office needs, and certain toiletries.
The linens on the beds and in the baths are luxurious. (We have since purchased our own sets for when we get back to our house!)
Access is tremendous: You are 1 1/2 blocks from Greenlake. I have always said that Greenlake is beautiful regardless of the weather. And I'm sticking to that statement. Being near Greenlake is a huge bonus. In addition to Greenlake, you have great access (north and south) to I-5 (either via Ravenna or via "the back way" up 5th Ave NE). You have good access to Highway 99, as well with a short drive around either side of Greenlake. (Darn, we have to drive around Greenlake (:>). You can reach the University of Washington via surface streets and skip I-5 altogether if you choose. You can walk to 7 restaurants and a Starbucks. Groceries are either a good walk or a short drive. There's a gym within 2 blocks.
Management: Angie was a delightful to work with. She was easy to communicate with, quick to respond, thoughtful but never intrusive in the least. She is a big plus.
