Splash - 1 St Floor of Res. 4 nt available June 10 th

My children and I vacationed here late winter 2011 along with our dear grandmother for our first PCB condo experience. As locals we enjoy the beach as often as we can but to be able to stay at this Splash condo was the ultimate treat. We didn't leave the resort property for our entire stay. We did venture across the overpass to Alvin's Island (store) connected to the parking garage. Other than that we filled our time letting the kids play in the Splash play area, enjoying the heated pool, hot tub and the chilly waters of the lazy river ride...and of course venturing out to the beach. Our condo was complete with every amenity we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked with beautiful dishes, appliances and gadgets....even a waffle maker. We had brought our own, but wow, there was already one there. The condo is very spacious, nicely decorated with an excellent view of the Gulf. The owner is friendly and helpful. The condo is well maintained and clean. I have no complaints and would recommend it to anyone. The only thing you may need to be aware of is it is located directly above the Splash play area so you can hear the bucket emptying and the play of children. It didn't bother me...it's very family oriented.

One of the best places I have ever stayed in Florida! The condo was even better in person than in the pictures. Great layout and location for those with children-right above the children's pool and splash bucket. Since this condo is located on the 2nd floor, we could use the stairs when others had long waits for the elevators. The electricity was not working in the master suite when we arrived, but the staff worked quickly to fix it even though it was almost 10:00 p.m. Check in was easy, staff was efficient,attentive and friendly, condo and view were perfect! We will definately rent again!
