Because of how close it is to the mountain ski resorts. With a few minute drive, you are in the canyons to ski or enjoy summer recreational activities. The home is remodeled, quaint, very comfortable, and perfect for skiers, families, and a great value for the price.

What makes this house unique

10 ski location, 24/7 staff available if anything goes wrong, quaint rooms, nice hardwood floors in family room, fireplace, a nice laundry room area with storage, the upstairs rooms are built into the roof so they are adorably quaint (like a little cottage house)

Awesome Location to the Cottonwoods

Our stay here was fantastic. The service we received was very good. The company really went out of their way to make us happy. We also appreciated the discounts we were offered on the rental car and lift tickets. The home was suited well for our family of 8. Anymore than 8 would have been crowded. The upstairs got hotter than the main level so we had to open some windows, which we didn't mind, but if we forgot to close, it was cold.
The location was the best feature. The entrance to the Big Cottonwood is down the street a mile or so and only took just minutes to get on the park and ride bus and go up the canyon. We really enjoyed the convenience and made for 3 great days on the hill.
The home is furnished with comfortable recliners and couches and a large TV. The beds are comfortable with nice bedding, The kitchen is adequate and works well. All in all, we had a great time and would stay again. Utah's Best Vacation Rentals is a good company and treats you well.

Our stay here was very satisfactory. The service we received was very good. The owner/company really went out of their way to make us happy. We also appreciated the discounts we were offered on the rental car and lift tickets.

Convenient, Well Appointed

This home was a great accommodation. It was well appointed and worked out well for our group of 7. Everyone slept comfortably, the sitting area was comfortable and made it nice to gather. The kitchen was adequate, although the fridge had a problem cooling. We called and they really took great care in getting someone right out. We loved the privacy and saved alot cooking our own meals. We loved how close it was to the mountains. Thanks Nelson.

Cute little place

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a cute little place and the proximity to the mountain and the highway is fantastic. We really like the convenience. The service was great too. The owner has a staff who is very professional and responsive. We even saved on our rental car with them. They have all kinds of discounts they offer. We appreciated the attention to detail with the in-home offerings. The furniture was comfortable, well appointed, and clean. The fireplace had a few issues, but it worked out ok. We would stay here again and recommend it.
