Book now for mountain biking! Beautifully refurbished two bedroom, 2.5 bath Burkeside unit. Three level living perfect for two families or three couples! Steps to Sherburne Quad and Tamarack Grill, and lift serviced mountain biking, and quick ride to East Burke Village and Kingdom Trails! LEASED FOR 2013/14 SKI SEASON.

The unit is very nicely appointed with brand new carpeting, kitchen and bathroom floors, freshly painted throughout. Stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar and dining table. Washer and dryer in unit, as well as locked bike/ski storage. First floor has kitchen, living room with 52 inch flat screen plasma TV, cable, brand new queen pullout couch, half bath, and private deck complete with adirondack chairs, and dining table. Master bedroom with 3/4 bath in loft, with comfy, new queen size bed. Lower level great area for the kids, or third couple with twin over full futon, full bath, TV, Wii, DVD player. Sleeps 7 maximum. NO PETS!

This unit is steps from Sherburne Base Lodge, Sherburne Quad, and Tamarack Grill, and lower mountain trails. The unit is clean, cozy, and includes everything you need for a picture perfect vacation!

About Amy Bedell

This is our second condo purchase at Burke. In 1998, while searching for a family friendly ski area where our three children could learn to ski, we stumbled upon Burke after reading an article in Yankee Magazine that aptly named Burke Mountain a hidden gem'. We immediately fell in love with NEK. Avid skiers, mountain bikers, and kayakers, we agreed wholeheartedly when Outdoor Magazine named East Burke one of the Best Outdoor Towns in America. UVM alumni, we relocated to East Burke from Boston area in October of 2011.

From our guest book: We had a great weekend biking, and loved the condo. It had everything we needed, and your welcome gift of a growler of Trout River Hoppin Mad was very much appreciated, as were the snacks! Thanks again for leaving us a hose to wash down the bikes too!
Your unit was clean, plenty of towels and paper goods, and the beds were quite comfortable. Your information book was very helpful and we enjoyed a fantastic pizza at Trout River Brewing after riding the trails all day. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great location, and great place to stay. Cannot wait to visit again next year!
