The newly furnished 'Lobo Lodge' is now ready for your family to create magic memories. This very nice 1,200 sq ft, two (2) bedroom, 2 bath home is near the center of Angel Fire Resort. It features 1 amazing see-through fireplace. You can watch the snow fall from both of our decks, or watch the deer, elk and other wild life. It is absolutely amazing to be sitting in the trees just a couple of miles from the ski slopes or the golf course. The kitchen contains all the needed appliances for any gourmet chef (frost-free refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker), along with cooking utensils and dishes. I should also note that the drinking water in Angel Fire is the best I have tasted anywhere so don't worry about bringing bottled water.

Owner Description/Comments: : Year Purchased: 2012 - Our family uses this house throughout the year. We live in Texas but love the calling of the Mountains. We love skiing, hiking and in general taking things a little slower when we get to the mounts and hope you do as well.

The Lobo Lodge is located one mile from the Town Center, provides easy access to the Resorts ski base. The roads are really well maintained and snowplowed throughout the ski season. Our mountain home sits just minutes from the Angel Fire Resorts beautiful Championship PGA 18 hole Golf Course and the Resorts private trout filled Monte Verde Lake. Angel Fire truly has something for everyone, including a new zip line course (the highest and longest in New Mexico).

Notes:	Minimum Age Limit for Renters. The living/dining room has a very nice gas fireplace (no need to lug in firewood), LCD TV, DVD/CD player. The tiled entry area is perfect for getting out of your ski gear and is large enough to keep your ski boots inside. We have a nice utility room, with both a washer and dryer. Pets are not allowed and we do NOT allow smoking inside the house for medical reasons.
