The Founders Pointe/Fraser Crossing building provides heated underground parking, secure bike storage, a private ski locker room, a beautiful lobby living room with a 2 story fireplace, and a huge 3rd floor outdoor amenities plaza with incredible views, featuring a huge hot tub, 2 sided fire place, lounge chairs/tables, and gas grilling station.
