This comfortable 2 bed apartment, set on the second floor (up two flights of stairs) of a Victorian building, is in a fantastic location to experience the delights of Portobello Road, Notting Hill and West London.

You're just a minute from the nearest Underground station, providing great connections to other parts of the Capital.

The main living space has an original fireplace, built-in alcove bookshelves and a green sofa. It also has a table and chairs by the sash window, an arm chair, coffee table and stylish rug. There are wooden floors throughout. The tv in this room has Freeview and there is also an iPod dock.

The kitchen, down a few stairs from the living room, has all modern amenities, including fitted white cupboards, a hob, oven, microwave, cafetiere, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.

The master bedroom is light and bright with a metal framed double bed, fitted cupboards and a white chest of drawers with a mirror. A single bedroom also has a single white framed bed (which can be turned into a double bed) and a wooden chest of drawers.

The modern bathroom has cream tiling, a shower over the bath, a square sink and a loo. There is also a hair dryer for guests to use.

For transport links, it is only a 2 minute walk to Ladbroke Grove tube station which joins the Hammersmith & City and Circle lines. You'll be at Oxford Circus within 20 minutes or at Paddington in 5 minutes with express connections to Heathrow and the west country.

The local area of Notting Hill has a fantastic range of restaurants, bars and boutique shops, as well as places to browse antiques. You can be on Portobello Road within 1 minute and work your way down towards the heart of Notting Hill. Kensington Gardens and Holland Park are also close by if you fancy a stroll in some green space.

Vive Unique helped my wife and I to find this place, it was really central and suitable for my baby daughter. We enjoyed being close to Notting Hill and walked in almost every day. The only negative was the apartment was up 2 flights of stairs, but this didn't cause too much of a problem and the lovely interiors and location made up for that. We'd definitely come back and stay in this area again.
