As you enter this stunning property, you are presented with the living space which is well proportioned with a large sofa, a flat screen tv, lovely wooden floors and some stylish open brickwork.
The wooden floors and neutral décor continue into the bedroom where there is a good sized double bed and plenty of storage. Natural light floods the room, as it does the entire apartment thanks to the large windows along the back wall.
Going up the slat laddered stairs to the mezzanine level, there is space for two more to sleep and even more storage space. From here you can enjoy the view looking over the top and onto the living area and even out of the windows.
The kitchen is fitted with everything a standard kitchen needs; a fridge, a hob, a washing machine, a microwave and a mini-dishwasher. The microwave is a combination microwave/oven so it grills and roasts food in addition to microwaving
The bathroom has everything you need during your stay, a toilet, good sized sink and a standalone shower.
During your stay, don't forget to visit the gym on the bottom floor which is free to use and has a vast range of equipment, a steam room and showers.
The apartment sits on the first floor of this attractive building which is a former factory, dating back to the 1920s bricked building. Entry is gained by a few steps at ground level and by taking the lift to the first floor.
