Very comfortable apartment on the top floor with a 12m2 terrace and a magnificent view from the Lérins islands to the Estérel. Ideally situated at walking distance to everything: shopping, restaurants, casinos, festivals, facing the Canto harbor and beaches. Very pleasant apartment, one air-conditioned room with king sized bed, second room with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, large modern kitchen and dinig area, living room with sofa which can be turn into sleeping for two (clic-clac). Private garage space.
