We are located central to many of New Hampshire’s favorite attractions. Only a ten minute drive to Bretton Woods Ski Resort and 10 miles from Cannon Mountain and Route 93. There is DIRECT SNOWMOBILE ACCESS from the house to the snowmobile trails. Park your trailor in the yard and off you go. Our home is newly built (2 years old) has a modern open and bright floor plan in conjunction with a cozy design. 2 queen beds located in 2 of the bedrooms, a loft with a futon bed, a king size bed in the master bedroom with a master bathroom big enough to house a party. This house will sleep 8 very comfortably. We have all the amenities of home. There are two private decks located in the back of the property as well as the front of the house. For nightly relaxation cook some smores in the backyard fire pit, there is plenty of stacked wood on the property. We are located on a private road with little traffic. Franconia Sports Shop offers discount ski tickets to Bretton Woods. Outback Kayak will drop off snowmobiles for overnight use or kayaks depending on the season. Garneaus garage can be accessed through the trails or it is 2 minutes down the road for all your snowmobiling needs. The bike path can be accessed from Franconia Notch.
