This fully updated, spectacular and luxurious home is a vacationer's dream spot! The charming beach house has been completely restored to the atmosphere of the old St. Armand's. Situated in the perfect location at the beautifully landscaped island of Lido Key, this home is nestled perfectly in an upscale area between St. Armand's Circle and Lido Beach. There's something here for everyone - whether you want to stay in for a romantic evening in front of the outdoor fire pit, relax in the hot tub/pool, walk across the road to the beach on Lido Key, entertain friends, or enjoy 5 star restaurants, shopping or nightlife at St. Armand's Circle which is only a 200 yard walk!

Once you experience the St. Armand's/Lido Beach area you won't want to stay anywhere else! Explore the world famous white sands of Lido Beach to find shells, fish, sail, swim, play, walk on the beach, or enjoy an unbelievable sunset.

This spacious, newly remodeled house has every amenity you could want and sleeps 8 people. This entire property was tastefully remodeled in 2007 and no expense was spared. The remodel included landscaping, flooring, appliances, equipment, fixtures, and new furniture. The house includes 2 bedrooms, a den with a convertible bed, and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat panel TV screen with digital HD cable. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and the den can be easily converted to another bedroom. All linens are provided. The full kitchen has updated appliances, tile flooring, dining area with table that seats 8 (plus 3 bar stools at the bar island), and cooking utensils provided. The living room includes a gas fireplace and 50' flat panel TV with surround sound.

The private home is located on a canal that is 200 feet wide and opens to the ocean. A dock is included in the back yard with a 13,000 pound boat lift so you can keep your boat close by during your vacation. There is a bridge at the end of the canal that allows for a 9 foot boat to fit under it. If you feel like staying home, take a swim in your very own pool, or turn on the heat and jets to turn the pool into a relaxing hot tub. Or just kick back in the comfortable outdoor seating and toast smores at the gas fire pit that is located next to the pool.

Walk out of the front door and you are nearly 100 feet from the world famous white sands of Lido Beach. Or go on a quick walk just 200 yards and you are at St. Armand's Circle.

Perfect Beach Cottage

The Lido Key beach cottage was absolutely perfect. The location was just across the street from Lido Key beach and was right around the corner from St. Armands Circle, where there are the cutest shops and best restaurants. The cottage was set up perfectly -- was very clean and had everything you could need for a fun vacation at the beach. The pictures posted are exactly as the house is and my photos from my vacation look just like some of the pictures posted on the website. Anyone staying at this house will be happy with all that it has to offer. It was a great vacation - fun in the sun in Florida:)

We had a wonderful time in 'our canal house'. My wife and I spent a week here with our daughter and granddaughter over Thanksgiving, and enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for a couple of weeks over Christmas. The home is extremely nice. It's exceptionally clean (e.g. even the garage floor!) It's nicely furnished with very comfortable beds and linens, AV system, living room furniture, and kitchen essentials. Plus, it's a very interesting house with its location on the canal and within an easy (5 minute) walk to the highlights of Lido Key, i.e. the beach or to St Armands Circle with its great restaurants. The listing is fully accurate as to location and features of the house, and the photos nicely depict the appearance. The owner was most helpful in answering questions as we explored rentals. The manager, on the few occasions we had reason to call him, responded immediately. We would recommend this house most highly, and we certainly hope to be back ourselves.

A perfect house

Myself,10 year old daughter and parents spent Thanksgiving week in this gorgeous house. The decor and house are immaculate (including the garage). The beds were so comfortable and the house was very quiet. Perfect for long sleeps after sun filled days. The pool was heated perfectly for endless swims and we really enjoyed the dock for morning coffee and fishing. We loved watching the resident manatee as well as herons and ospreys. Sunbathing by the pool and walking to St Armands Circle and the beach were other great features of this house. I recommend it! The house exceeds all expectations as well as web photos.

Got married and rented 3 other homes in the area and this house exceeded our expectations and was far superior then the other homes we rented.
I would rent this home again and all the guests were so impressed they have plans on renting agin in the future!

This home includes everything and no details are missed. This is by far the best rental property on Lido Beach!

Your home exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect, on the water and very short walk to Lido beach and Armand's circle. Your description matched perfectly. The home is very clean, has every amenity possible and yes everything worked. We felt very comfortable, safe and relaxed. Owners instructions are easy to understand and follow. The one question I had the property manager was very helpful.
